StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I have taught yoga in corporations, schools, and health care facilities for 19 years. I have taught to children, older populations, and those in physical recovery. I hold a Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute with an emphasis on Geriatric Health. I am an Intuitive Life Coach and use my intuitive skills to hone in on where my clients need trauma resolution, a viable plan of action, and instant change in limiting beliefs.

I have been a Physical Therapist for 13 years. When I'm not at StretchLab, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. I love that StretchLab allows me to help my clients move and feel better!

I have my Bachelor's in Kinesiology from the University of Houston and I have worked as a Physical Therapy Tech for a little over a year. I am currently working toward my Personal Training Certification. I love working out and doing anything outdoors with my dog. My favorite part of working at StretchLab is I can help people achieve their goals!

I have been a Personal Trainer for two years with weight training experience for over 10 years. I love anything that makes me move my body, from weight training to yoga, cycling and hiking. StretchLab helps me help people achieve personal goals and greatness which is so rewarding. Seeing people with limited movement be able to be free within their own body is the best!

I have been a Personal Trainer for 13 years. I have Certifications from NCSF-CPT, NASM-CES, NASM-PES and AIS & PNF Partner Assisted Stretching. I help people improve performance, gain muscle, and lose body fat. I keep fit by using various training styles including olympic weightlifting, power lifting and bodybuilding training sessions. StretchLab gives me the ability to help people move freely, relieve stress and feel better!
