I graduated the spring of 2019 from Bethany Lutheran College with my BA in Exercise Science. My background is in personal training and I’m passionate about resistance training and recovery. In my free time, I enjoy getting outside to keep active whether swimming, hiking, or biking.

Nael

I have a Master’s in Applied Kinesiology and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota. I am a first responder and carry certifications in personal training, TRX and group exercise training. I have worked with youth, young and older adults, and professional athletes over the past 10 years. I currently lead a musculoskeletal injury prevention and pain management program for staff at the University of Minnesota.

Hunter

Flexologist

I have always been interested in anatomy and how to optimize the human body on a performance level. At the age of sixteen, I changed my life by hitting the gym 4/5 days per week and immediately found my passion. When I'm not training my clients or assisting in stretching, you can find me hanging out with my three older brothers fishing or spending time with my parents. I love to work out and help others do the same.
