Over the years, my love for Yoga and body-positivity led me to become a power and trauma-informed yoga instructor. I believe that when we feel good, we are better able to treat others with kindness! I love StretchLab because of the welcoming environment - everyone here has your best interests in mind and wants to make sure you go out there and live your best life! Other than yoga, I love climbing, hiking, backpacking, and general adventuring out in the Colorado sunshine.
