StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

As a competitive bodybuilder for the past 7 years, I was inspired to become a Personal Trainer 5 years ago. Since then I have been certified in CrossFit, TRX, Senior Fitness Specialist and other programs. Fun fact: I was a renowned sushi chef in Idaho and across the US for 15 years.

Each of our Flexologists bring something unique to their clients and provide our members with a one-of-a-kind experience. My background is in Sport Management and, have been a fitness trainer since 2008. When not at StretchLab, you will find me exploring the outdoors.

I've been a Massage Therapist for 5 years. Working with my clients at StretchLab enables me to help people in a different way that massage alone can't do. Every day presents a new challenge and another opportunity to help someone achieve their goals! In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer and tennis.

I was a D1 collegiate swimmer and now I train triathletes and teach Yoga. I have my BS in Nutrition and am passionate about whole body health. Here at StretchLab I love problem solving with clients to find those areas of tightness and imbalances to help them reach their goals to live a long and limber life!

I have been a Physical Therapist for 5 years and continue to practice physical therapy. Skiing, rock climbing, backpacking and mountain biking keep me outdoors year round. I enjoy many types of exercise including running, swimming, weight lifting, basketball, soccer, and football.
