StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

When I'm not at StretchLab, I enjoy spending time with my family. I am a wife and mother of a gifted musician and budding engineer. I have nearly 3 decades of ballet experience and am a lover of the ocean. I am also a psychologist, professor, and advocate.

I believe staying active and balanced is an essential component to overall health. I have always been involved with sports and fitness. In my past career, I was an associate television producer at ESPN I am now a yoga instructor (RYT 500 Hours) and a basketball coach. I am happily married with two kids.

I've been a certified dance teacher for over 25 years. When I'm not stretching, I teach tap, jazz, and ballet to students young and old & love working with people to help them achieve their goals.
