      I was drawn to StretchLab because as Personal Trainer, I've been providing assisted stretching to my clients for over 20 years. I have a passion for health and fitness and am a professional power lifter and strength coach in my free time.

      I am an athletic trainer who is in school currently for chiropractic and acupuncture, and my main focus is to see people living their best, pain free life. I’m a firm believer in staying active, however that works for you. I enjoy staying active while also keeping a healthy diet. I’m an avid weight lifter and fitness guru, and enjoy hanging with my friends and family when I’m not studying or working.

      I believe strongly in healthy living and staying active. I’ve worked at different physical therapy clinics for a number of years, and gained a lot of knowledge and experience in that time. I enjoy helping others improve with their physical health, and in my free time I try and exercise and stay as active as I can as well. Mostly by either hiking, playing basketball, and pretty much any type of outdoor activity.

      Sarah has dedicated her life to learning how the human body functions and moves. She has experience working in physical therapy, as a NASM certified personal trainer, and she has a BS in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart. From Sarah: "I apply this knowledge as a flexologist to determine the best stretching program for each individual. Personally I enjoy going for long walks, long drives and hanging with my friends."

      Ryan has a bachelor's degree from Springfield College in Applied Exercise Science and Psychology. He ran track and performed with the dance club. Ryan has a background with multiple years of experience in strength and conditioning and personal training. Outside of StretchLab, he loves to workout on my own and find new recipes to cook!

      Nick Velez is a Doctoral student at the University of Bridgeport. His focus areas include joint degenerative disorders, on which he recently authored a 75-page thesis. His decade plus of experience in the health science field included a stint in China, where he was exposed to a more eastern perspective. Nick graduated from Ithaca College with a BS in Exercise Science - including a concentration in Sports Science. A decorated collegiate athlete, Nick was a 2-time NCAA All-American wrestler and was the school's 'Male Athlete of the Year' in 2018.

      I have been a fitness professional for over 20yrs, work for a few professional companies for the past 15 years. I've played sports like football, boxing, karate, and baseball. I've had a passion for fitness since middle school. Weight lifting has been something I always loved to do, so I went to school for it. Graduated from ISSA for personal training, certified athletic trainer for sports, certification in Nutrition, certification for Group Fitness, certification for Strength & Conditioning.

      Destinee graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Eastern CT State. She is a decorated Professional bodybuilder, her passion for fitness started with cross training in CrossFit and competitive olympic weightlifting. Having this vast knowledge of fitness motivated her to become an ISSA personal trainer and nutrition coach with a focus in strength and conditioning. Her passion for health and wellness drives her commitment to help others achieve their goals. In her free time she enjoys working out and spending time with family and friends.

      Qurana began life in Westchester where she was born and raised. She is a certified NASM personal trainer as well as a certified nutrition coach. She has a passion for health and wellness and focuses on healing the body from the inside out. She enjoys being out in nature and loves hiking, reading, traveling and exercising. Qurana believes that through modalities such as stretching, one can start the journey to wholeness and healing. It’s the mind body soul connection that enables us to live a balanced life.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
