StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I studied Kinesiology at ASU while working as a personal trainer. My 20 years in the fitness industry includes helping clients through weight loss and sports specific training. I worked as a physical therapy tech for years and incorporated that knowledge into working alongside clients with post-rehabilitation needs. I love exercising, hanging out with my kids and catching up on TV shows. StretchLab is amazing because everyone leaves happy, the clients and employees alike!

I graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with my bachelors in Sports Medicine and masters in Athletic Training. With over four years of experience, I have an extensive knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics. When I am not stretching people, you can find me with my fiancé and dog, mountain biking or catching up on my favorite shows. I love that StretchLab provides the client and Flexologist with the opportunity to meet new and interesting people.

I'm originally from the US Virgin Islands. I graduated from The School of Healing Arts in 1996. In my career, I've taught advanced sports massage, TCM and reflexology and various schools from Kansas City to Phoenix. I have over twenty-two year's experience as a licensed Sports Massage Therapist and worked with the Kansas City Chiefs, MLB players and Kansas Jayhawks track and field. I love working with others and helping the community keep up with their active lifestyles!

Believing strength and flexibility are the key to overall health and wellness led me to become a fitness professional I am passionate about inspiring others to feel strong and confident while having fun achieving their individual fitness goals! Outside of StretchLab I am a wife, mother, rescue dog wrangler, and barre addict. I enjoy spending my spare time hanging out with my family, participating in group fitness, and advocating for animal adoption.

I received my BS in Corporate Fitness and Wellness from Grand Canyon University. I am a certified personal trainer. I am so fortunate to have clients that feel like family to me! When I'm not working, I love hiking with my 2 kids, fishing, kayaking, boating, and spending time with my family. As a Flexologist, there is no better feeling then seeing a sense of relief on a member's face after a stretch especially when they present to us a problematic area that has been limiting their activity.

My specialties include Pilates, Functional Fitness, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Recovery and Rejuvenation, Health Coaching with nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. I LOVE swimming and bicycling! I also love dancing around in my kitchen while making food. I love that StretchLab is such a positive place! Brilliant people working together to truly make a positive impact in people’s quality of life - and I get to meet the most incredible people on my bench! It’s a win-win-win!

I am originally from the beautiful country or Ukraine. I have been in United States for over 12 years now. I got certified as a personal trainer in 2012 and have been enjoying working with a wide variety of different clients since then. I work as a firefighter full time and love helping people. I am working constantly to better my knowledge of optimal function of human body. I am also a certified EMT. Whether prepping for a race, losing weight or recovering from a workout, stretching and flexibility is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle and a passion of mine.
