StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

When I’m not in the StretchLab studio I am usually outside with my Mini Australian Shepherd! I love trying new workout classes and exploring fitness studios in my area. As a Certified Athletic Trainer and Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine, I love to help people of all walks of life and ages improve their range of motion and prevent injury.

My passion for helping people and improving their daily life comes from years of being a Massage Therapist. I also recently received my certification in Yoga instruction after being a student for more than 10 years. My activities outside of StretchLab are usually on the water – I love kayaking, paddle boarding and of course hanging out with my dogs.

My favorite thing about StretchLab is that it is a place for everyone! It’s such an inclusive environment with benefits for people across all different backgrounds. I’m a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor and my passion is to help people achieve their optimal health and wellness. I love to travel, explore, practice yoga and meditation and anything outdoors!

I’m forever a student of life, but have become a Certified Personal Trainer and Instructor in Yoga & Meditation. In my free time I love to travel, hiking, practice Yoga, cook and rock climb.

I have worked in the Personal Training field for over 20 years, working with a wide range of clients including cancer patients and Multiple Sclerosis patients. I have numerous certifications including Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist and Seniors Pre-Post Natal Sports Medicine. Working at StretchLab allows me to optimize my clients performance.

I have my Master of Science in Athletic Training and have worked as an Athletic Trainer for USD football. I completed a sports medicine internship with University of Arizona Football and have worked events with the Anaheim Ducks and the USA Track & Field medical staff. I love working at StretchLab because it gives me an opportunity to meet and get to know people working towards the same goal of improving their mobility!

So many of life’s aches and pains come from not doing the simple maintenance our body needs. I see this all the time in my chiropractic practice. StretchLab is a wonderful opportunity for people to learn how to take better care of their body by preserving the movements our bodies are designed for. This goes for athletes and Netflix bingers alike. I can relate to both of these as I spend my free time in the gym, in the sun, or entertaining the nerd within.

I’m a former strength and conditioning coach with Stanford University, trainer and educator for Equinox and trained by former US Olympic Head Coach for Team USA Power lifting and Los Angles Lakers Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Injury prevention is the goal of all training, and stretching is the way I help people unload daily stresses, loosen up pain and stay healthy.

I specialize in strength and conditioning and personal training which includes having my MS in Kinesiology and being certified as a strength and conditioning specialist. I have worked with wide range of individuals looking to either improve athletic performance or overall health and wellness. I love hiking, camping, and escaping the concrete jungle now and again. At the core, StretchLab is there to help people and so am I!

I am certified in Lagree, and 200 hour Yoga certification, as well as TRX, Bhodi, Wall Yoga, and Spin. I have worked in Equinox, Yoga Works and several other studios in Orange County and Riverside. I have a background in teaching surfing, coaching volleyball, and coaching basketball. Fun Fact: I have a featured article on Surfline regarding Pilates for Surfing, and was selected in Foam Magazine as a Top 20 persons changing the surfing industry because of pilates ambitions!

I have my Master of Science in Athletic Training and worked as an athletic trainer for Stanford Baseball Camps, USA Beach Volleyball, USA Field Hockey, USA Football, and USA Gymnastic after they won the 2012 London Olympics. What I love most about working at StretchLab is helping individuals get rapid gains towards their range of motion goals. When I am not at StretchLab, I am with my lovely toddler and husband.
