StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I love helping people discover their strength and the sweet freedom of letting go. In addition to working at StretchLab, I teach at Love Hive Yoga in Portland. I am passionate about healing and the human body. I have over 500 hours of training and when I’m not at work or busy raising my two daughters, you can probably find me in a workshop somewhere learning.

Originally from Washington, I moved to Portland to go to college and follow my passion for fitness. After receiving my Bachelors in Exercise Physiology, I decided to dedicate my life to helping others discover their passion for wellness as a personal trainer and a massage therapist. I’m so excited to be a part of the StretchLab team where I can help our beloved members discover balance & wellness within their own bodies and help to improve the quality of their lives.

I find joy in all things outdoor, even more so, I am most fulfilled when helping people. Healing requires not only a healthy touch or an open heart, but also a listening ear. Those are three things I seek to embody in not only in my stretching sessions, but also in my daily life. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and dog. I also love marathons, mud runs, and writing.

My passion is assisting people live their life to the fullest in all areas of their life! Balancing mind, body and soul. I believe stretching is one of the major keys to good health. I am a certified Resilience Life Coach, 25+ years Jazzercise Instructor, NFL Cheerleader and classically trainer dancer. I love anything on or in the water from sailing to scuba diving, live music, dancing, reading, cooking and learning all about the vast world of wines here in the PNW.

As a Yoga instructor of 12 years, I have witnessed many clients discover pure joy from improved mobility and flexibility through movement and stretching. I am thrilled to be a part of our Portland StretchLab community so I can continue assisting clients feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies. In my free time you can find me in a yoga class or outdoors with my family exploring beautiful Oregon.

Nothing makes me happier than knowing I was involved in someone having a better life. I use my knowledge and skills to work with people and use what works most effectively with each individual. I've been in fitness training since 2007 and love helping people make changes to their health and fitness. I split my free time between my self-employment with online health & fitness coaching and personal training at Nike World Headquarters.

In my wellness practice, I have learned that a key to life is balance. As a chiropractic assistant, I help others align the spine and re-balance the body. It is so rewarding to help people live a healthier, happier life! As a Flexologist, I am excited to offer a simple and effective approach to help people achieve their wellness goals and feel their best! Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy hula hooping, playing outside in nature or traveling around the globe.

I have been an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist for 10 years and a Licensed Massage Therapist for 21 years using PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) to improve my clients flexibility, strength and range of motion. I LOVE working at StretchLab, it is truly amazing that PNF is now used here, for everyone’s benefit! I also love cooking and backpacking.
