StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I am a Certified Personal Trainer – but my passion is for dance! I’m a professional dancer and dance instructor. As a dancer, I completely understand the importance of stretching. I was inspired by StretchLab and now I get to work with and help other people improve their flexibility and supplement their overall health and fitness.

I love working with a wide range of clients. As a personal trainer for the past 4 years I have worked with collegiate athletes, clients with no prior fitness experience as well as helping elderly clients stay fit! I have a degree in Kinesiology. I’ve seen how increases in flexibility and range of motion can help open doors you never thought possible and I love that I can do that at StretchLab!

I studied biology, anatomy & Kinesiology at Northern Illinois which lead to my career in clinical Massage Therapy. As a passionate marathon runner, I understand the extreme need for proper stretching in all individuals. I love spending time with clients during their sessions to create better understanding of their bodies.

As a personal trainer since 2007 I have helped a wide variety of clients reach their goals. I’ve also coached grade school basketball, flag football and soccer. I also teach basic boxing for individuals with Parkinson’s. In my spare time I enjoy watching sports and movies and staying physically active in strength training, boxing and playing basketball.

I have a background in performing as a dancer and singer so stretching has always been an important part of my life. I also received my Bachelor’s of Science in Public Health and am currently working towards my Master’s in Public Health. I love to motivate and empower people to reach their full potential and am excited to do that for our staff and members at our studio!

With a background in Exercise Science and a love for people, I became a group fitness instructor. My passion is to meet people where they are in their fitness journey and bring them as much knowledge and motivation as possible. My goal at StretchLab is to connect with people, make them feel comfortable, and to support them in this process of wellness. I want you to leave feeling better and feeling encouraged!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Massage Therapist, a Master Reiki Practitioner, an AFAA - Certified Group Fitness Instructor, holding 2 Undergrad degrees in Exercise/Sports Studies & Allied Health from Robert Morris University-Illinois, & currently working on my AFPA - Strength and Conditioning certification. I enjoy bowling, meditation, martial arts, reading, & volunteering.
