StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I have been a trainer for two years working with people of neurological disorders; with experience in a physical therapy setting. I enjoy spending my free time working out, at the beach or just relaxing at home. My personal goal is to leave every client in a better state physically, mentally and emotionally.

I am a lifelong health/fitness/wellness fanatic. I have coached and or played collegiate, semi professional, and professional volleyball and basketball since I was a kid. I am a former U.S. Army Ranger and a combat veteran. I have worked in and managed sports medicine ortho PT clinics for going on a decade now. I have a lot of experience as a clinical instructor and love anything to do with my manual therapy. I run a PT program for youth and high school football players and love making people of all ages feel better. I spend most of my free time either with my toes in the sand playing volleyball, or exploring/hiking/kayaking with my wife Trista, and my boxer pup Scout.

Emily grew up as a competitive dancer in the Midwest. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee in Movement and Choreography. She has worked as a professional dancer, Choreographer, and Dance Instructor both nationally and internationally for over 6 years. She is excited to grow her passion for movement and mobility through her work at StretchLab!

70% Fitness 20% Mermaid 10% Ninja. I was born on Long Island, NY and became a recent Florida resident. Stretching, Movement and Fitness have been a big part of my life since a young age. I grew up dancing jazz, break dancing, and ballroom from age 6 all throughout college. Currently in the fitness field as a personal trainer, kids ninja warrior coach and flexologist I am looking forward to helping all ages regain movement and flexibility. When I am not in the studio or teaching kids ninja skills, I am on the beach reading and learning new skills to implement into my training and practice.

I have been in the wellness industry as a certified personal trainer for 4 years and a fitness nutrition specialist for the last 2 years. I was born and raised here in Florida and enjoy cooking, weightlifting , and spending time with my family. StretchLab allows me to cultivate my knowledge and fulfill my passion to help others through movement as well as proper stretching techniques. Being a member of the StretchLab family is a rewarding experience like no other.

I have been in the fitness industry for 4 years now, and a nationally competitive Olympic Weightlifting athlete for 2 years! Soon I hope to represent team USA through sports, and become a physical therapy student. Keeping good vibes is priority numero uno!

Nicole E-RYT Yoga Alliance (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) since 2014. Nicole has certifications in Yoga, Nidra Meditation and Yoga Therapy Facilitation. She grew up all over the U.S. in a Navy family, but she graduated high school and college in Minneapolis, MN. As a former premier youth soccer player, she experienced several injuries -- including an acute knee injury as she was entering the collegiate level. This experience helped her understand the importance of conditioning the body, along with consistent movement and stretching whether it’s for higher performance, post injury, or preventative care as we age. Her passion is sharing various mind, body and stretch therapies to help others feel happier, healthier and more alive. When she’s not at StretchLab, she’s either studying for something, on her yoga mat or spending time at the beach with her fiancé and the 2 best dogs in the world!
