StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I have had a keen interest in the body and how it works from a young age. I danced, practiced stage combat and the Alexander technique for many years as a professional actress before deciding to broaden my horizons. My desire is to help others live life pain free inspired me to pursue a career as a Neuromuscular Therapist, Massage Therapist and certified Flexologist!

I have a background in personal training, emphasizing proper muscles recruitment and muscles balance. I have worked as a personal trainer/group fitness instructor at a physical therapy practice and I know the importance of muscle balance and symmetry for proper body mechanics and overall wellbeing. I look forward to creating a customized assisted stretching program to leave my clients feeling balanced and energized!

I am a CMT and Rosen Method Practitioner with private somatic therapy practice in Berkeley. I studied Astanga yoga with Richard Freeman and I continue to enjoy teaching hands on adjustments to yoga teachers. These bodywork skills translate into the assisted stretching environment where I hold a space for people to experience their own range with compassion!

From a Translation and Interpreting master’s degree in Paris to Mindfulness (UCSF) and Yoga Certification in San Francisco (RYS200), my journey has taken me to many places, continuously feeding my ongoing longing for wellness education, and outreach. I trained with a specific focus in Yin yoga and Therapy Yoga. My teachings emphasize breath awareness, and longer hold times, targeting connective tissues for increased flexibility, and improved joint health.
