StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

With over ten years experience as a Massage Therapist, I have a passion for helping people feel good. Specializing in deep tissue massage is where I first learned how to discover and relieve tension. In addition to my new role as a Certified Flexologist, I am also a Lash Stylist, Licensed Esthetician and have a group fitness certification. I love working at StretchLab because of the lively environment and the fast results that our members feel.

I have a passion for the human body and helping people feel like their best selves. I am a yoga teacher, personal/group trainer as well as holistic nutrition health coach. I have been practicing yoga for 11 years and teaching for 5 years and a fitness enthusiast. I have turned my love and passion into something that I am able to share with people daily. I want people to see and feel how amazing their bodies are designed to feel daily!

I have always been interested in movement through sports, training and just having fun. In the last 10 years I have dedicated myself to learning as much as I can about movement both in practice and with the people that I work with. I have a B.S Kinisiology Penn State, Certified Personal Trainer through ACSM, Certified Neuro-muscular Therapist, and Massage therapist. Stretching has helped me continue moving by reducing the risk of injuries but also helped me take my game to a whole new level.

I know firsthand how stretching and yoga can change your life. I am a yoga instructor as well as a Flexologist here at StretchLab. I received my 200hour yoga certification from The American Yoga Academy who are registered with yoga alliance. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and incorporates my dance training into my classes and stretches.

I am an AAAI certified Personal Trainer and have been working with clients for almost 3 years. I am currently working on a degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science and have extensive knowledge on both exercise and nutrition, as well as preventative care and rehabilitation. What I love about Stretch Lab is that it provides preventative care for the body as well as an optimal recovery for anything from working out to regular activities of daily living.

I believe that yoga and stretching are some of the most beneficial things you can do for your body on a regular basis to help with muscle tension and overall stress relief. I always incorporate yoga and stretching into my daily routine because I love the way my body and mind feel afterward. Sharing this gift with others and seeing positive results in my clients is exactly why I am passionate about this field of work.

I've been involved with fitness either through sports or training for years, and through this immersion I've developed a love for strength in motion. As a personal trainer specializing in functional movement and strength training, I've been able to help change lives as my clients regain their fighting spirit! I am determined to continue growing my career and delivering the best results for myself, clients and team.
