StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I was a child dancer & gymnast that got reintroduced to the fitness world in college through Aerial Dance/ Circus arts. I am a certified yoga instructor that has studied with an emphasis on alignment in the physical body. I have instructed: children, athletes, chiropractors, and seniors. What I love most about being a Flexologist is working with my clients individually to help them achieve their goals.

I come from a massage therapy background, specializing in sports/recovery. I enjoy going to the gym, hiking and practicing martial arts, and thus I have a great respect for the importance of stretching and staying limber.

I bring over 400 hours of training in Yoga, 14 years of yoga practice, 7 years of teaching group yoga classes and a love for wellness. Sessions with me will reflect my knowledge of alignment and proper posture. I know first hand how stretching regularly can recover the body post injury, post strenuous exercise and post the challenges of everyday living.
