I have spent a lifetime in competitive performance arts including a variety of forms of dance. I have been teaching tango, blues, swing, and ballroom as well as stability and flexibility cross training since 2009. I found yoga after a serious neck injury and soon became inspired by the healing power of strengthening and stretching in broader contexts. I was drawn to StretchLab by the joy I find in troubleshooting body imbalances and the effectiveness of one-on-one work.

Being in the fitness industry for over 10 years, I have come full circle and realize that we take for granted the greatest gift we currently have, our health. I truly believe that if we take care of ourselves the rest of our life will fall into place. My goal is to help people realize they are not alone in this journey and help them realize that small choices over time committed to getting healthy will pay huge dividends.
