StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

Alexa

Flexologist

Alexa graduated with honors from St. Catherine University with a Bachelor Of Science degree in Exercise Science, as well as a double minor in Athletic Coaching and Psychology. Alexa found her passion for flexibility training through 20+ years of competitive and professional dancing and coaching at all levels. Currently, Alexa holds a collegiate dance championship title as a coach and uses assisted stretching on all of her athletes.

Rachel

Flexologist

Working for Stretch Lab as a Flexologist is a beautiful complement to being a personal trainer/dance instructor. Stretch Lab's philosophy aligns with my belief that creating mobility is vital to the success of living a injury free life. When I am not stretching or training, you will find me enjoying a variety of outdoor sports as well as dancing and performing Lindy Hop swing dance.

Emily

A Twin Cities native, Emily has been teaching competitive dance locally since 2010. She is a 2014 graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Besides dance, Emily has studied movement in the form of yoga since 2012 and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2018. Emily is very enthusiastic about joining the StretchLab team in Plymouth and cannot wait to help you start feeling more flexible and calm in your daily life!

From competing against my siblings growing up, to organized sports, to strength training; health and fitness have always been a passion of mine. This led me to attain my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Winona State University. Currently, I am coaching and leading Crossfit classes in the Twin Cities and am excited to take part as one of the first Flexologists here in Minnesota!

I played a lot of sports when I was growing up, and like so many people, I had injuries along the way. Learning to work around the injuries inspired me to work with individuals with similar experiences. I specialize in TRX, golf, and soccer fitness. One of the most enjoyable things about working with clients is to see them establish preventative care, which is what brought me to StretchLab. So many people don’t stretch after their workout, and the fact of the matter is stretching can prevent injuries, improve posture, and improve performance.

Lexi is a St Paul native and grew up with a love of sports, and played fast pitch softball for 12 years. Lexi became interested in the health and wellness industry because of this love for sports, and is currently a Certified Personal Trainer through NETA and is also going to school to earn her Masters in Athletic Training.

Ryan

Flexologist

Ryan holds a B.S. in Business Administration, along with multiple personal training certifications and experience helping others fix their bodies. Growing up, he was very active in as many sports as he could get into. With his highly athletic lifestyle, it took a toll on his body. He suffered from a severe disc herniation that left the back of his leg numb for two months until having a spinal surgery. This necessity to heal himself fueled his passion for corrective exercise as medicine. Today, he walks the talk by having successfully healed from all his injuries with no additional surgeries and playing the sports he has always loved!

StretchLab gives me the opportunity to fulfill my passion of helping people improve their daily life. I love the personal connections that StretchLab allows me to develop while keeping clients educated and encouraged! I have been a group fitness instructor for 7 years and a certified personal trainer for 5 years. In my spare time, you can find me having fun with my husband and 2 kiddos or running a race!
