StretchLab Team

I joined StretchLab with more than 17 years of experience in the wellness industry. I have assisted clients in meeting their full physical and functional potential in my work as a massage therapist, educator and professional bodyworker, and later, a certified personal trainer and alignment-based yoga instructor. I have a Master of Science in Kinesiology at A. T. Still University, and I am thrilled to be able to consolidate my extensive wellness experience to provide customized facilitated stretching at StretchLab.

I have been a practicing massage therapist for twelve years and have had the opportunity to work on a variety of clients. This experience has strengthened my belief that bodies function best when muscles are allowed room to stretch and move as nature intended. I am excited to be a part of bringing the philosophies and ideas of StretchLab to the people of San Antonio, and showing everyone how to "live long." When I am not working, I enjoy reading and spending time with my family.

I graduated from The University of Texas - San Antonio with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology (2016). Having spent 7 years in the health industry, I worked in both physical therapy and personal training where I was able to pursue my passion for helping people with physical fitness and overall health. As a Flexologist with StretchLab, I hope to positively impact and improve lives in a new way.

I am a proud Texas Tech alumni. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in exercise sports science. I have worked as a physical therapy tech and group fitness instructor where I taught multiple HIIT classes. I make helping others one of my top priorities and enjoy educating my clients on the human body. In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports and working out. A fun fact about me is I was a 2011 RGVCA west football all star.

I was drawn to health and fitness during my teen years and have pursued my passion for learning about the mind and body for almost 2 decades. My interest in understanding how the mind and body function led me to earn my graduate degree in clinical psychology, yoga certification and personal training certification. My goal for all my clients is to gain relief from stress, assistance with pain management, flexibility, enhanced concentration and self-love.

I’ve worked as a therapeutic massage therapist over the past 12 years on an array of individuals. From NFL, PGA, USPA lifters to your daily gym goers. I've learned that freedom to move the body is a major factor in health and wellness. My goal is to take my experience and combine StrectchLab’s advance training and help as many people move freely, feel their bodies and get everyone moving free as a young kid running in the Texas sun! Move free live free.

I joined the StretchLab Team with more than 25 years of experience in the Health Care Field as a Physical Therapy Assistant most of them in Puerto Rico, where I also obtained a Master Degree in Health Service Organization. I’m certified as a Kinesiology Taping Practitioner and IASTM. I am very motivated when I can use all my skills and experience in the physical therapy field and helping others to maintain good flexibility,
