StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

Sandy

Flexologist

Sandy joins StretchLab with more than 17 years of experience in the wellness industry. She has assisted clients in meeting their full physical and functional potential in her work as a massage therapist, educator and professional bodyworker, and later, a certified personal trainer and alignment-based yoga instructor. Sandy has a Master of Science in Kinesiology at A. T. Still University, and is thrilled to be able to consolidate her extensive wellness experience to provide customized facilitated stretching at StretchLab.

Stacey

Flexologist

Stacey is a long term Texan, by way of a military "brat" upbringing- she jokes that she wasn't born here, but got here as quickly as she could. She has been a practicing massage therapist for twelve years, and has had the opportunity to work on a variety of clients, from young children to professional athletes, to seniors. This experience strengthened her belief that bodies function best when muscles are allowed room to stretch and move as nature intended. She is excited to be a part of bringing the philosophies and ideas of StretchLab to the people of San Antonio, and showing everyone how to "live long". When she is not working, Stacey enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and kids.

Marcos

Flexologist

Marcos grew up in a small West Texas town. He was always active and enjoyed sports, camping, and just being with family, playing guitar, and anything he could get his hands on. He has over 14 years of experience working in physical therapy and over 5 years as a personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist and sport specific training in baseball and football. He has always been interested in helping people whether in a rehab setting or in their fitness journey. Favorite sayings: Be the hardest worker in the room.

Lydia

Flexologist

Lydia is a San Antonio, Texas yogi native. 15 years ago, she began her journey with group fitness, yoga, Pilates and weight lifting. Her interest in understanding how the mind and body function led her to earn her graduate degree in clinical psychology, yoga certification and personal training certification. She desires for those who enter her class to gain relief from stress, assistance with pain management, flexibility, enhanced concentration and self-love.

Adrianna

Flexologist

I graduated from The University of Texas - San Antonio with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology (2016). Having spent 7 years in the health industry, I worked in both physical therapy and personal training where I was able to pursue my passion for helping people with physical fitness and overall health. As a Flexologist with StretchLab, I hope to positively impact and improve lives in a new way.

Rob

Flexologist

I live in San Antonio with my wife and son. I had an honorable career in the military, starting in the Marine Corps, and retiring from the Army after 20 years of service. I continue to serve in the Texas State Guard. I have been working in the medical field for 25 years; I was an Army combat medic for 16 years and a Physical Therapy Assistant for 22 years. I hold multiple certifications that include: Certified Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Certified, Strength and Conditioning Certified, Hypnosis Certified, Holistic Coach Certified, Sports Taping Certified.
