StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

Master Flexologist

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and graduated out of Northeastern University in Boston in 2014. I currently practice Home Health PT with patients that range from 30-101 years old. I have also been a certified Indoor Cycling Instructor for 5 years. I enjoy hiking, biking and anything else that allows me to soak up the San Diego sun. I love the personal connections that StretchLab allows me to develop while keeping clients optimized to perform at their best.


Lead Flexologist

I have been practicing Massage & Bodywork Therapy for the past 4 years. I am also a Personal Trainer and Youth Soccer Coach. I love all things outdoors! Soccer, hiking, snowboarding and working out on the beach are some of my favorites. I love StretchLab's amazing environment and the opportunity to help my clients reach their goals.



I have been a personal trainer for athletes on the track and in the weight room for 10 years. I am also a yoga and fitness class instructor. I really enjoy anything where I get to be active! I am an adventurer at heart, so I love hiking and exploring new trails and areas. I am a Decathlete, and a hopeful for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games for Javelin. I love StretchLab because it gets straight to the heart of helping people improve their bodies and move better. It allows me to work 1-on-1 with people in a pure form and therefore allowing them to better express themselves through movement.



I have 8 years experience as an Exercise Specialist after earning a degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University, where I was a D1 athlete. I am also a Personal Trainer, Cardio Boxing Instructor, Sports Performance Coach and a Flag Football Youth Coach. In my spare time I enjoy Muay Thai Kickboxing, bouldering and cross-training. I look forward to helping goal oriented individuals improve their quality of life.



I am a trained Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Massage Therapist, Wellness Coach, Corrective Exercise Instructor. I’ve been in the fitness industry for the past decade. I’m voraciously in pursuit of helping people achieve comfortable, pain free living. I love practicing yoga, going to the beach and good local coffee. I love working with a strong, intelligent team of body workers at StretchLab



I have been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. I studied Kinesiology at Rutgers University where I was a D1 athlete. I have also been youth sports coach for the past 3 years. I enjoy recreational fitness, Muay Thai, flag football and basketball. I enjoy helping my clients manage pain and increase their range of motion, leading to a happy and healthier lifestyle.



I am truly passionate about helping others live a pain free life. I have been a personal trainer for the last 4 years with an emphasis in corrective exercise and functional movement. After graduating with my B.S. in Kinesiology, I gotten the privilege to work in corporate wellness as well as here at StretchLab. StretchLab has created a setting where I can make personal connections and help to reach my client’s goals in a fun and lively setting. I hope to join you on your flexibility journey soon!

Luis Corona


I am an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. I was a Clinical Cancer Exercise Specialist at a Cancer Rehabilitation Institute, where I worked with cancer patients/survivors to improve their overall quality of life. I enjoy StretchLab because regardless of fitness level, anyone who is seeking muscular improvement and recovery can benefit from consistent stretching. Movement is medicine.
