StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I’ve been a personal trainer for one year, a Navy Air Rescue Swimmer for 6 years and was a national level college swimmer before that. I am also currently attending school for an exercise science degree. I love planned organized styles of working out, but love just being outside and goofing of in the river just as much. What I love about StretchLab is I come in and everyone is positive, and truly excited to help people out.

I have a B.S. in Kinesiology & Exercise Science and I am a registered Yoga teacher, AcroYoga teacher and a Certified Personal Trainer. I love practicing bodywork and exercising. I am a voracious reader, and greatly enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts. StretchLab gives me a space to practice an art that I love. Performing assisted stretching helps people reduce their pain. Knowing I am helping others toward that end is very rewarding.

I am a certified yoga instructor. I’m a a total sun baby, from paddle boarding, trail hikes with my German Shepherd, and reading on my patio, I love anything and everything nature and outdoors. What I love most about StretchLab is getting to know the wide variety of clients that come through our doors. Everyone has different goals that they want to achieve . I love how easy we make it for our clients to live better without pain and tension in their bodies through our services as they progress with their flexibility goals.

I have been a certified yoga instructor for three years now. Yoga is my first love, and I have been practicing for almost a decade. I love Pilates, and walking and running around my neighborhood in west Austin, dancing, drawing, and working on creative projects within the community. I love the thoughtfulness and dedication of everyone involved at StretchLab. I love being able to facilitate peace and ease for my clients.

I am a board certified, licensed Occupational Therapist with almost 3 years of clinical experience helping individuals with illness/disability regain wholeness and independence. I strive to bring insight and compassion to all my patient interactions while encouraging self-healing on all levels. In addition, I’m passionate about human movement and working towards earning certifications in various manual therapies. I’m a real nature baby!

I have been a personal trainer for 7 yrs and a current PT assistant. I have taught group fitness with styles such as bootcamp, circuit training, TRX and Kettlebell certified, balance/core classes for a variety of ages. I have learned so much about how we move and what we need to prevent injury so we can do what we want to do. StretchLab allows me to truly help people, teach people body awareness. I gravitate towards making people a healthier version of themselves!
