StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I am a life-long dedicated fitness enthusiast, a competitive runner. I’ve been fortunate to achieve the top American honors in The Dublin Ireland marathon, place just outside top 100 in the Boston Marathon and 1st overall in the Tucson marathon and Manchester City Marathon. I have a bachelors degree in “Health & Fitness” and have been working as NASM-personal trainer and a personal run coach for over 10 years. I love helping my clients or those at StretchLab reach there ultimate goals! Outside of fitness, I have a passion for cooking and I enjoy traveling to to different countries. I am also close with my family and friends.

I have been in the health and fitness industry for the past 3 years, working as a personal trainer and athletics coach. I love helping people reach their health goals and promoting self-care. In my free time, you can find me playing or coaching sports, or being active outside with my dog.

With a background in physical therapy, I am passionate about helping people feel and move better. I’m excited to be part of the StretchLab team and be able to help improve lives! I enjoy figure skating, being active, and being outdoors. I am also a bit of a foodie so I love going to my favorite restaurants as well as trying new places and experimenting in the kitchen with cooking and baking.

I have been in the wellness industry as a massage therapist for over 11 years. I have always loved helping people feel better. My passion is teaching people different ways they can be in charge of their own wellness and stretching is a great extension of that.

I earned a bachelors degree in health & nutrition. From there I pursued my personal training career with American Council of Exercise and learned the anatomy of the human body and importance of stretching. As a fitness enthusiast and runner I value what stretching does for our everyday life!
