StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I started my career in the fitness industry in 2002 and switched to personal training in 2005. In 2016, I received my Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Texas State University. I am a certified trainer through NASM and hold certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. My life motto is: You must be comfortable with being uncomfortable! That’s where the magic happens!



My greatest passion in the world is wellness. I traveled to Costa Rica to become certified as a yoga instructor before becoming certified as a Flexologist. With this diverse life experience, I hope to encourage healing and growth in the lives of others physically, mentally, and spiritually. I love meditation, prayer, reading, research and nature. I love flowing in movement every day, and encouraging others to experience the same.



I have been a personal trainer for the last six years. I hold certifications for a multitude of modalities. I specialize in working with people taking steps to reach their health and wellness goals, especially people working through joint replacements and diseases, whether that means prehab or rehab. In my free time, I love hanging out with my family, eating good food and participating in all things fitness. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to help people reach their wellness goals!



I have been a personal trainer for two years. I hold several credentials including CPT, corrective exercise, fitness nutrition & behavior change. I believe in being strong and mobile so flexibility training is a huge foundation to producing skilled movement. I love to do anything outdoors- swimming, hiking, calisthenics & sun bathing. I love that StretchLab helps people to connect with their bodies and develop a mind body connection.



I've been a Fitness Coach for 9 years, I am a Crossfit Level 1 Trainer, and I am working towards completing my Certified Coaching Program certificate. I enjoy trail running, reading in my hammock, hiking, spending time with friends. I love that StretchLab gives me the opportunity to streamline all of my knowledge, time spent studying the human body and general movement, into truly helping people who want my help!


Assistant Manager/ Flexologist

I fell in love with practicing yoga in 2013. Stretching has always been a big part of my life. I am a certified yoga instructor and children's yoga instructor. I enjoy being outside, hiking, swimming, backpacking, yoga, and adventuring! I love spending time with my friends, family, and dog. I am excited to be a part of StretchLab and the amazing team we have! I love being able to share the benefits of stretching with our clients.



I am a Physical Therapist who graduated with my DPT in 2017. My favorite pastime is ice hockey but I also love being outdoors and exploring what Austin has to offer. My favorite thing about StretchLab is I am able to provide a one-on-one service with customized routines for each of my clients. I love focusing on reducing flexibility discrepancies within the body to aid in injury preventions and help improve athletic performance.



I have a background in yoga, anatomy, and movement teacher as well as a background in group fitness. I love to do anything in the outdoors. Camping + hiking and anything water is my favorite. I love that StretchLab allows me to continue to heal and help those in need of function and stability in the body. I also get to meet really amazing people every day!



I am a certified 200-hour yoga and meditation teacher, personal fitness trainer, and owner of Aimee Wellness, a health service provider aimed at increasing happiness, well-being, and longevity. I believe breath, strength, and movement are powerful guides to daily life and can unlock the door to mental clarity and elevate emotional health. I enjoy working at StretchLab because it encompasses all of these elements and allows people to find freedom within their own body!



My greatest passion helping others improve their physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental states through strength and nutrition coaching! I have coached in traditional gym settings, as well as in clinical settings. I love the outdoors and anything that involves jumping into some water. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to apply recovery modalities of wellness and allows me to help other people reach their goals!
