StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.

I am the General Manager here at StretchLab. I’ve been a Certified Personal Trainer and a NYS licensed Massage Therapist since 1998. A major part of my work has been focused on educating clients on the benefits of maintaining flexibility. The average person spends little or no time on stretching. They either don't understand the correct positions or time to hold the stretch. StretchLab’s unique approach removes the guesswork by creating & maintaining flexibility in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

I was a Former Principal Ballerina with The Australian Ballet company for 12 years before moving into Musical Theatre and being lucky enough to perform in Disney’s “Beauty and the Beast “ as Babette the feather duster! I am a certified Pilates instructor and have been teaching Pure Barre in Bronxville for 5 years. I’m so excited to join the StretchLab Team and bring people the benefits of stretching! Live long and stretch!

Additionally, I bring over 10 years experience working out of a physical therapy studio, fine tuning Corrective Exercise and self myofascial massage. I am also a triathlete and endurance athlete. As an athlete, I personally see and feel the benefits of being stretched. I love sharing this experience!
