At StretchLab I like connecting with and hearing stories from each client as well as working with my team members who collectively make the work environment one to look forward to each day.

I've been a personal trainer for over six years. I received my Bachelors in Exercise Science and Masters in Exercise Physiology both from University of Louisville. I enjoy anything active - playing and coaching basketball, working out and hiking as well as playing XBox in my spare time. At StretchLab, I love the ability to directly impact the quality of each client's life. Increasing range of motion, flexibility and athletic performance, as well as decreasing pain / soreness.

I have been a Personal Trainer for 13 years. I have Certifications from NCSF-CPT, NASM-CES, NASM-PES and AIS & PNF Partner Assisted Stretching. I help people improve performance, gain muscle, and lose body fat. I keep fit by using various training styles including olympic weightlifting, power lifting and bodybuilding training sessions. StretchLab gives me the ability to help people move freely, relieve stress and feel better!

I have been a Personal Trainer for two years with weight training experience for over 10 years. I love anything that makes me move my body, from weight training to yoga, cycling and hiking. StretchLab helps me help people achieve personal goals and greatness which is so rewarding. Seeing people with limited movement be able to be free within their own body is the best!

I have my Bachelor's in Kinesiology from the University of Houston and I have worked as a Physical Therapy Tech for a little over a year. I am currently working toward my Personal Training Certification. I love working out and doing anything outdoors with my dog. My favorite part of working at StretchLab is I can help people achieve their goals!

I graduated from the Houston School of Massage, am certified in Sports Massage Therapy and continue to work on my certification from NASM-CES. I am passionate about helping people create a better understanding of their body. I love being outdoors! I stay active by participating in various running events in and around Houston throughout the year. My favorite thing about StretchLab is that it lets me help people reach their goals whether it is performing day to day tasks, having better range of motion or just being able to move freely.

I have taught yoga in corporations, schools, and health care facilities for 19 years. I have taught to children, older populations, and those in physical recovery. I hold a Health Coach Certification from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute with an emphasis on Geriatric Health. I am an Intuitive Life Coach and use my intuitive skills to hone in on where my clients need trauma resolution, a viable plan of action, and instant change in limiting beliefs.

One-On-One Stretches

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

Group Stretches

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
