I’ve been an athlete my whole life and played competitive semi-professional volleyball as well as professional soccer for the National Team of Croatia. I started a new career path as a personal trainer in 2013 and did my first competitive bodybuilding show in 2017. I am also a Row Coach at Row House Campbell and studying for Precision Nutrition 1. I love watching movie marathons with lots of popcorn! I also enjoy playing/watching sports..and love traveling. StretchLab is a lot of fun, and I get to help people reach their flexibility goals.

I got a job as a Physical Therapy Aide after earning my B.S. Kinesiology from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in December 2013. I also taught exercise routines and stretches to patients under their guidance, and learned how to write routines. I have been a personal trainer and taekwondo instructor for 3 years. I am a First Dan Taekwondo Black Belt and am also certified FRCms as well as Flexologist! I love the beach! I like to watch movies, play board games and watch anime. And of course exercise! StretchLab allows me to assist people in their stretching so they can properly gain more flexibility and not overstretch or perform unnecessary stretches that further any imbalances. Plus everyone is great!

Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, NASM-PES. Have worked previously as a Physical Therapy Aide in outpatient settings and as a Strength and Conditioning Intern with a local Swim Club. Currently I work full-time in Corporate Wellness. I currently am involved in Hula/Tahitian dancing with my middle daughter. The family and I also enjoying running and biking on trails. In the past I have participated in obstacle races and hope to someday soon get back into training for more with my husband. StretchLab allows me to share my background in Kinesiology with others also in the field under different practice. I am able to apply what I learn from colleagues at work and at home. As I work in Corporate Wellness, I am familiar with the common issues that employees complain about with being in a sedentary work environment and StretchLab allows me to apply hands-on skills so that individuals are able to enjoy life outside of work performing activities they enjoy.

I graduated with a B.S. in kinesiology and have been working as a physical therapy aide and exercise coach for several different clinics and hospitals for the last 3 years. I love everything fitness! In my free time I enjoy hiking, reading books, rock climbing, doing CrossFit, and taking different types of fitness classes. Stretch Lab allows me to educate people about muscles and spread knowledge about the science behind stretching. Helping people understand and learn more about themselves and the human body is what I love the most about working here!

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 2 years. I was a Physical Therapy Aide for 7 months. I have a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology, Emphasis in Sports Management, from San Jose State University. I am passionate working out (bodybuilding and powerlifting). I love to watch and play football, baseball, basketball, and MMA. Also like playing soccer but do not watch it as much. In my other spare time, I enjoy listening to and writing mostly rock and metal music. The thing I like most about Stretchlab is being able to help people out and assist others in their recovery in ways that I have not before is exciting.

I am a general manager for Plus One Health Management at Facebook. I am also a personal trainer at Stanford University. I have a background in athletic training and am also a corrective exercise specialist. I have a MS in Exercise Physiology. I enjoy road and mountain biking. Other interests including backpacking, weight training, stretching, running, tennis and golf. Full range of motion in all joints is essential for comfort, performance and injury prevention. StretchLab has a thorough, well-rounder program to address all the major muscle groups. Stretchlab offers a stretch that just can’t be created on your own because the flexologist is able to anchor both attachment points for the muscles allowing isolated tension on the muscle.

One-On-One Stretches

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

Group Stretches

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
