      Anthony grew up in Chanhassen and went to Minnetonka High School. He graduated from Augustana University where he also played football. He now holds his Doctor of Physical Therapy from St. Catherine’s University and is a therapist at TRIA Orthopedic in Bloomington. He's been with Stretchlab Chanhassen since our beginnings in 2020. He loves being active and playing sports. He’s a die hard New Orleans Saints fan (we’ve forgiven him)! His favorite part about Stretchlab is being able to make personal connections with clients while also helping them reach their own specific goals!

      At StretchLab, I get the opportunity to help people build their body's foundation of feeling good. I want people to live, move, and achieve their goals pain free. AnyBODY can have a high standard of living. I am excited to help people build a healthy lifestyle and deeper connection with themselves. I am an ACE certified personal trainer who specializes in functional movement and corrective exercise. I love being outside, rock climbing, and traveling the world.

      I graduated from Minnesota State University- Mankato with my bachelors in exercise science and sports medicine. I am also certified thru NASM as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. With my clinical background and experience working in chiropractic and physical therapy clinics, I have had a lot of exposure to how stretching is so beneficial for anyone and everyone in some way or form! Outside of the studio, I like to stay active outside with my 3 sisters as well as spending time with my 2 cats.

      Doug joins us with a twenty year history in personal training. In addition to training Doug has been coaching club and high school soccer for over twenty five years. He is currently the Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Mound Westonka High School. Doug is certified through NASM as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Additionally he has certification in Active Isolated Stretching, Muscle Activation Technique, and Whole Body Vibration. Another area of certification is as a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition. Prior to becoming a trainer and soccer coach Doug was a medic in the United States Air Force. He was Active duty for ten years and fourteen years in the guards and reserves. When not working Doug is spending time with his wife, his two daughters, and their 3 cats. Any alone time he has is spent on a golf course, or on a soccer pitch. Doug loves this chapter of his life at StretchLab Chanhassen!

      I graduated from UWEC with a B.S. in Kinesiology (and B.A. in Spanish) and have an Associates degree in Physical Therapy. With 7+ years experience as a PTA, I love working one on one, addressing the “whole picture” to help people get where they want to go, celebrating every victory along the way. I am passionate about health, healing, fitness, achieving optimal function, delighting in the moment, looking joyfully to the future, and preparing accordingly.

      I graduated from the College of Saint Benedict where I earned my bachelors degree in exercise and health science. My time at Saint Bens was spent on the softball team as well as pursuing my interest in learning how our daily activities can truly improve or diminish our quality of life. I enjoy working with people of all strengths and backgrounds to seek wellness goals both physically and mentally. Outside of work I enjoy spending my free time playing pickle ball, golfing, gardening or cooking!

      Michael began his fitness career with Life Time as a personal trainer in 2018. He is a Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM. He is also a level 2 CrossFit coach and USAW certified weightlifting coach as well as former high school and college athlete. Throughout his athletic and professional career he has experienced the benefits of stretching to improve form and function, improving his athletic performance and to improve his overall quality of life after a severe back injury. Michael is very passionate about health and fitness as well as helping people with chronic tightness and mobility goals. He loves music, specifically classic rock and spends his free time out and about with friends and family.

      I recently graduated from the University of St. Thomas earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. I enjoy helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals to make them the best version of themselves! I grew up in Golden Valley and went to Armstrong High School where I recently returned to coach girls basketball. In my free time I like to stay active and spend time outdoors (if it’s not too cold) and be with my friends and family.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
