Through all my education and health experiences; from living in a Yoga Ashram in the California mountains, to graduating with Health Exercise Science at Colorado State University, and working alongside top trainers at a weight loss resort in Hilton Head Island, recovery and stretching have always been my main passion and interest. My goal is to show you that improving your quality of life knows no age or physical limitations. You have the power to make this change, and all I wish is to a be a small bridge of many between you and your goals!

Working as a competitive dance coach for over 10 years, I’ve spent a lot of time developing and sharing my knowledge of flexibility & mobility, with an emphasis on injury prevention and performance enhancement in young athletes. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and an ABT Certified Barre Instructor. My passion for helping people to move more efficiently and perform at a higher level of fitness brought me to StretchLab, and I can’t wait to partner with you on your journey to crush your goals!

With a combination of my studies in Neuroscience, NASM-Personal Trainer Certification, and practice in Holistic Nutrition training, I find the mind-body relationship is crucial within a healthy lifestyle. With this approach, my passion becomes visible in the act of guiding individuals to their personal goals. Within Stretchlab I can share my knowledge while assisting others to reach their full range of motion and stay out of pain. In everything we do day to day, stretching consistency is a great compliment to living a longer, healthier lifestyle.

My background and experience come from being a Certified Athletic Trainer for the past 5 years with focus on athletic injury prevention and proper body mechanics. One of my favorite parts of working with people is educating them on how everyday activities can affect the entire body and teaching them how to adjust and strengthen those areas of conflict. No matter your level of activity, with StretchLab, we have the opportunity to focus on the importance of body mobility, retraining impaired areas, and helping you feel the best for whatever life throws at you!

With experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist since 2005, and a certified Pilates Instructor, I am able to provide the effective and dynamic stretch you are looking for! I have worked in private practices, home health, and in hospital-based settings as a PT, assisting people of all levels and backgrounds with improving their physical mobility. I enjoy helping people stay active and injury free and look forward to helping you achieve your individual physical goals!

I have been in the fitness industry for 5 years professionally as a personal trainer, group fitness coach, track coach, and briefly as a physical therapy assistant. My goal is to heal people. StretchLab provides me with a wonderful opportunity to work on the other side of the fitness coin, recovery. Stretching, flexibility, and mobility are the keys to injury prevention, reduction, and an increase in longevity!

One-On-One Stretches

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

Group Stretches

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
