Flexologist
Along with being a StretchLab Flexologist, I also practice physical therapy and teach yoga. I have my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and completed my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja. My fascination with movement and the human body started at a young age when I immersed myself in the world of dance. Dance injuries led me to pursuing a career in physical therapy, and my desire to find a new practice to fill my heart and soul led me to yoga. What I love about StretchLab, is that it allows me to immerse both - my knowledge of human anatomy and love of stretching! 5 Fun Facts About Me 1. I trained extensively in ballet until I went to college 2. I once played Clara in the Nutcracker 3. I rode a camel through the desert in Morocco 4. I hiked a volcano in Bali 5. I love to bake and decorate cakes!

Flexologist
I decided to join StretchLab because I'm literally obsessed with stretching. I grew up as a dancer and was always the kid begging for stretch classes. I have been a Licensed Masage Therapist since 2013. I really found my passion in 2017 when I started to teach Yoga. Outside of StretchLab, I'm teaching yoga classes throughout the Denver metro area. I love educating on what movement and stretching can do for your body. 5 fun facts: 1. Last year, I took a roadtrip in Europe and got to drive myself through Hungary, Romania, and Serbia 2. My favorite place that I've been to so far is Japan 3. I once walked though/fell into a mine shaft 6ft down and didn't break a bone 4. The only bone I've ever broken is my tailbone 5. I'm obsessed with pizza... or anything with cheese honestly

Flexologist
Michelle Golla started her own fitness journey following a torn ACL that ended her basketball career. As a former athlete, she found herself lacking the motivation to stay active after her injury. When she decided it was time to make a change, Michelle started taking daily walks around the block. Eventually, she was running up to 60 miles each week and had lost more than 50 pounds. One way that has kept her from getting seriously injured again is stretching dynamically before her workouts and static stretching after. Her prior injury and experience inspired Michelle to become a personal trainer, running/athletic conditioning coach and weight management specialist. In addition, part of her training plans for all clients is stretching, which has prevented injuries for her clients and enhanced performance. With a unique understanding of the difficulties one may face prior to adopting an active lifestyle, she is exceptionally qualified to help her clients reach their fitness goals. Michelle's well-rounded background allows her to successfully guide you through each step of your fitness journey and incorporate stretching into every workout. She chose to work at Stretch Lab to educate people on that importance. Her overall Vision: To provide the best training, support, advice, and encouragement in a positive manner; be sensitive to one’s needs; value one’s goals; provide an enjoyable, safe and memorable experience.
