Currently, she is pursuing a master training program to further enhance her skills. Beyond her professional life, she indulges in paddle boarding as a favorite hobby and enjoys immersing herself in books. Within corrective exercises, she emphasizes the significance of stretches and lengthening techniques, recognizing their pivotal role in addressing movement impairments. Stretching is particularly dear to her as it plays a crucial role in resolving such issues, among many other reasons.

Since 2022, Ashley has been an integral part of the StretchLab team, where she is dedicated to assisting and encouraging clients in achieving their stretch goals.

      Angel began her journey in Taekwondo at the age of 3. With 22 years of involvement in martial arts, she has achieved the rank of 2nd Dan black belt and earned the title of 4-time gold medalist state champion in fighting. Additionally, Angel has pursued bodybuilding seriously for one year, achieving 1st place in three divisions in her first show and 3rd place in one division in her second show. She is qualified for national competitions and is currently striving to become an IFBB Bikini PRO.

      Lexi, the lead Flexologist at StretchLab Santa Monica, is a fitness professional with dual degrees in Health Sciences and Dance from Chapman University. She holds certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a Balanced Body Certified Pilates Mat Instructor, and recently obtained a 500-hour Pilates teacher certification from Whole Body Method. Lexi has been a valuable member of the StretchLab team since 2020. When she's not at the studio, Lexi can be found hiking, rock climbing, and working as a tour manager at concerts and music festivals. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Russian, Lexi's diverse background and unwavering passion make her a dynamic and inspiring fitness expert.

      Lauren is a former college athlete who transitioned into an international professional stunt performer for live action performances and TV/film/commercial productions, accumulating over 10 years of experience in the field. Her journey into body work started during her time performing in China, where she regularly engaged in holistic treatments including Thai stretch and massage. Concurrent with her stunt career, Lauren furthered her expertise in body work by completing 240 hours of certified yoga teacher training and delving into the study of anatomy and personal training.

Stretching has significantly impacted Spencer's life, and he takes pleasure in sharing its advantages with others.

      Chelsea is a multifaceted wellness professional whose expertise spans across various movement disciplines. Graduating in 2018 with dual degrees—a B.A in Early Child Development and a B.A in Dance—she seamlessly integrates her understanding of movement and development into her practice. With additional certifications including 450-hour Certified Classical Pilates (both equipment and mat) from the Sheppard Method Pilates, as well as certifications in yoga, encompassing 26&2 (Bikram), Yoga Sculpt, Yoga Barre, Power Yoga, and Hot8Yoga, totaling 520 hours of training, Chelsea offers a comprehensive approach to fitness and well-being. Through her holistic approach and artistic sensibility, Chelsea provides tailored guidance to her clients, making her a highly sought-after instructor in the wellness community.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
