I’ve been a personal trainer for one year, a Navy Air Rescue Swimmer for 6 years and was a national level college swimmer before that. I am also currently attending school for an exercise science degree. I love planned organized styles of working out, but love just being outside and goofing of in the river just as much. What I love about StretchLab is I come in and everyone is positive, and truly excited to help people out.

I have a B.S. in Kinesiology & Exercise Science and I am a registered Yoga teacher, AcroYoga teacher and a Certified Personal Trainer. I love practicing bodywork and exercising. I am a voracious reader, and greatly enjoy listening to audiobooks and podcasts. StretchLab gives me a space to practice an art that I love. Performing assisted stretching helps people reduce their pain. Knowing I am helping others toward that end is very rewarding.

I have been a personal trainer for 7 yrs and a current PT assistant. I have taught group fitness with styles such as bootcamp, circuit training, TRX and Kettlebell certified, balance/core classes for a variety of ages. I have learned so much about how we move and what we need to prevent injury so we can do what we want to do. StretchLab allows me to truly help people, teach people body awareness. I gravitate towards making people a healthier version of themselves!

I have been a Pilates Instructor for over a year. I enjoy trekking around Austin, testing new plant-based recipes, traveling to new cities and exploring new workouts around town. Transitioning from a client to a Flexologist is the most rewarding part of working at StretchLab! I can fully attest to the benefits of stretching and relate to clients that are looking for relief/release in their body. Everyone’s body is different and it a joy to help people reach their individual fitness/health goals!

I studied nutrition in college and it was there that I developed a love for fitness. Fitness has taken many shapes for me; from cheerleading to bodybuilding to running races, Ironman triathlon, and powerlifting. I now spend my days as a health coach, Flexologist, and personal trainer. The thing I love most about working at StretchLab is seeing the immediate benefits from assisted stretching! Outside of StretchLab, riding bikes, lifting weights, and walking out in nature.

My greatest passion helping others improve their physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental states through strength and nutrition coaching! I have coached in traditional gym settings, as well as in clinical settings. I love the outdoors and anything that involves jumping into some water. StretchLab gives me the opportunity to apply recovery modalities of wellness and allows me to help other people reach their goals!

I have a BA in Dance and have been teaching yoga for three years (RYT 200). I am also a certified Reiki practitioner and performance artist. I teach hula hoop dance because I truly believe movement is medicine and every body is beautiful. Dance is a wonderful way to express yourself, promote self-love, and body-positivity. I am also fluent in American Sign Language. Movement is my passion and Stretchlab allows me to work one-on-one with clients to discuss their mobility. Assisting clients to find balance, improve on their range of motion, and relieve stress are just a few of the ways I feel Stretchlab allows me to make a difference in their lives.

I have a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, certified as a personal trainer through ACSM, with an Associates degree from Le Cordon Bleu. I currently own and operate F.E.A.S.T (Fitness Etiquette And Sophisticated Taste) a personal training and personal chef enterprise. They say do what you love and it’s never work, well I love to workout and more importantly I love to eat. Stretchlab provides an environment for actively working professionals to learn a new trade, collaborate with like minded individuals, while providing gratifying services to our clients.

One-On-One Stretches

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

Group Stretches

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.
