I've been a personal trainer for over 10 years. I'm also an endurance runner for over 30 years, and have a very active lifestyle. As a trainer and runner, I know how important it is to be flexible and have all those muscles and joints working properly to avoid injuries and setbacks. When I heard about Stretchlab, I knew I wanted to be part of this family and help as many people as possible to achieve their goals and live a healthy life. If I'm not training or racing, I enjoy spending time with my two little ones, cooking healthy meals, and crafting.
